A 19th century Spanish wall mounted water gauge hydrometer style instrument, scroll decoration on white metal inscribed clouds with sun and rain clouds, with a fleur de lis stamp at the top with an inscription C T opposite, with a sun shape on the rear dated 1789, with a bulbous glass font for holding water and measuring it's level etc
