How it works


You will need to click on the link below to take your to the online platform that the timed auction is taking place on.
Once there you will need to register for the auction (green button on Easy Live Auction). Once your registered then your ready to bid. Just place the maxiumum hammer price you wish to leave and Easy Live Auction will bid on your behalf. Each lot starts off at the starting price and whomever has the highest bid when the lot closes wins the lot on 1st of December.
If you place a bid within the last 30 minutes, the time will be extended by 10 minutes to allow the under bidder a chance to bid again.

MACALLAN 1954 47 Year Old single Malt. Cask #1902 Distilled 1954, Bottled 2002. 700ml. 52% Vol. One of only 366 bottles produced. *Note the cork has been compromised by the vendors curious teenage son many years ago and the bottom half is within the bottle with some residual flecks. Note also the bottom half of the cork only fell in to the whisky in transit to the auction house! Note also the son is a keen whisky enthusiast to this day. The loss is minimal for age, a loss of approx 4cm from the bottle neck. The label is intact and clean. Following the loss of the cork, the bottle was safely stored and the contents are as distilled / bottled. Similar intact bottles have sold for £30,000!! We are able to re-cork this if requested. Due to the value on this lot, collection in person is advised though we can send this through Royal Mail Special Delivery at the buyers risk.

Bottle 17/20 As reckless as a Highland Burn flowing into a Lowland Loch on a warm summer's day perfectly describes my Whisky Bottled at Cask strength, distilled in my own 20 litre Spanish Oak Cask, prepared mainly with Chardonnay, a little madeira and sherry added . At 61.3% volume as recommended by Lindores Distillery who distilled the whisky for me and cared for the cask. Initial sensation is a Powerful Blast , Smooth, Earthy, Not Peaty, fills your mouth quickly, followed by a smooth long lingering soft taste of wild blueberries and tayberries.
