A fully hallmarked silver salver ''Presented to Flying Officer J.R. Leggate by The Commanding Officer, Officers, N.C.O.s and Airmen on No. 201 FLYING BOAT SQUADRON on the occasion of his Marriage 5th December 1936''
At this time 201 Squadron were operating SARO Flying Boats training on anti Submarine measures later becoming operational on Sunderlands. James Reginal Leggate was later Wing Commander D.S.O. and died in 1999.
