ROYAL NAVY INTEREST. 18k stamped gold pocket watch, inscribed NDH from RC - 27.IV.1910. NORTH DE COIGNY DALRYMPLE-HAMILTON. North was the father of Admiral Sir Frederick Hew George Dalrymple-Hamilton, commander of Rodney during the engagement with Bismark. His son also called North was serving on HMS King George V during the same engagement. The watch has 18k stamps to inner lid and dust cover and works with a gentle wind. 39mm face and has a gross weight of 65.5g

An Interesting WWI era tin wall plaque showing William between US and British flags. William served in India and on discharge moved to America but was back in the UK when war broke out. A small Camera Studies album of BLACK WATCH interest. A PRESENT FROM INDIA 'Cashmir' . Includes some wonderful images such as 'The FORFAR lads', Champion boxer Pte. Pert, Gurkha Machine Gunners, Bridge of Boats Peshawar and much else including postcard photos of the brothers, later photos of Donald during WWII and later. The B.104 notice telegram of William with memorial card. A truly wonderful family group. Note this group whilst from the collection of Ronald Mcintyre William was Ronald's uncle.
