Authentic 1824 large leather bound Volume. AN ACCOUNT OF THE BELL ROCK LIGHTHOUSE by Robert Stevenson. An impressive volume in remarkably good condition, complete with illustrations as shown. Some understandable wear to boards but internally very good. Library stamps for 'The Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses - the vendor’s relative was an inspector for the board. A rare opportunity to secure this fascinating and scarce volume with great historical Scottish Engineering significance. Writing noted in frontispiece.
