A traditional HUNTING STEWART tartan pleated kilt, waist 'hole' size 16"/40cm but can expand approx 3 or 4 inches approx - characterised with it's dark blue and green background crossed with yellow and red stripes - kilt appears a small to small/medium sized - there are no signs of moths and looks in fair condition - this item would benefit from a dry clean which would then look fantastic!
