A STUNNING JAPANESE tea set to include 6 each of cups, saucers and plates, a LARGE TEA POT with lid, GRAVY BOAT, along with a matching SOUP BOWL and cover (small chip to rim). Dimensions - tea pot 19cm high (including lid). Condition - Plates and saucers have some sligh loss to the gilding, cups in good condition, tea pot in good condition with a great amount of KILN GRIT,

Lot 420
A STUNNING 18th Century Chinese Armorial tea bowl and saucer, Qianlong period 1736 - 1795. Finely decorated with the initials 'GK' on both pieces. Highly gilded throughout and some lovely Famille Rose decoration. A good, honest foot rim on both pieces. Dimensions - Tea bowl 8.6cm wide and the saucer 14cm wide. Condition - both pieces in good condition. A very small hairline crack on the tea bowl and some nibbles on the rim of the saucer. STUNNING PIECES!
