An antique JAPANESE decorative hand painted porcelaine KUTANI KORO. The body stands on 3 curved legs and has two pierced upright handles and a domed lid with a Foo dog or Komainu (guardian lion) finial, which has chip out of the top of it's tail.
The lid rim has sustained damage/repair to the inner rim and the lid itself and a small chip on the outer rim nearest one of the handles - overall no damage is obvious at 1st glance, and is still a lovely decorative piece (in my opinion) 0 dimensions 22cm height x 13cm diameter
