A VICTORIAN c1890 ELEPHANTS FOOT stool/curio -A late 19th c elephant foot with a metal rim, with a mahogany lid and green velvet lined interior space. This is an antique taxidermy piece. These items were seen as trophy pieces by the nobility and much accepted back in the period of the late 19th century.
The condition is all original and has been in the one family since brought from India.
