The wristwatch is in good condition. It is working well and it keeps good time. The button crown needs attention because it is a bit lose and you can fix the time anticlockwise because if you try to fix the time clockwise, it is unscrewing. This is an easy job for a professional watchmaker.
The back case is marked GS from George Stockwell, 925 from 92.5% pure silver, the letter "a" from 1916 and W&D from Wilsdorf & Davis, the makers of Rolex.
The dial has a missing part of the enamel, between hours 4 and 5, but it is not clearly seen. Also, it has a slight crack between 4 and 1. Other than those issues, it is looking nice and it still has the fluorescent substance on part of the hours.
