RAILWAY MEMORABILIA. A wonderful old heavily used NBR stamped padlock that has seen much service and bears the scars and prepaint to show it. Missing key and with broken lock cover but still a great old thing! Comes with an Intercity stamped British Rail dishcloth.

North British Railway guards handlamp stamped BULLPITT AND SONS BIRMINGHAM C&M 1887. Complete with all glasses, reservoir and burner. Note inside ' This lamp belonged to a Mr Downie a driver who retired in 1935. He used to drive goods trains down the Borders County Railway. Mr Downies son also was a fitter at St Margaret's Engine Sheds. He later left the railway to become and engineer at Portobello Power station. The lamp has been heavily overpainted in white.

STUNNING! A superbly well framed line diagram of PEEBLES RAILWAY JUNCTION. 92cm x 47cm. Interesting and displays superbly! Dated 1960. Shows line to Innerleithen with branch line off to the Caledonian Station.

GALASHIELS RAILWAY STATION. The office clock from Galashiels Station offices. A SETH THOMAS USA clock currently disassembled. Appears largely complete with case, face, mech, hands etc. In need of extensive care but with a great history. Came through the family of station staff into the hands of a passionate Railwayiana collector, a project uncomplete.
