Named inside case cap with a paper label to James McNaughton, Hanover Street, Edinburgh. Owner's stamp A Ainslie to front. The leather is in good condition but would benefit from a wax, brass lock works well but no key, all straps, strap hooks, handle are also in good condition. Carries an interesting On Her Majesty's Service paper label on rear. All in all a lovely example of the type. Measures 80cm approx.
