FABULOUS PATINA turquoise-blue crackle glaze stone ware oriental SLEEPING BUDDAH statue of substantial proportions. Believed to be mid century. Sits at an impressive 50cm. Exceptionally well sculpted, with cracking line which may be pre glaze. Very heavy even though it is hollow. A real statement piece !!

Superb collection of Antique Victorian fireplace tiles by MINTON and WEDGWOOD. To include seven floral inspired MINTON tiles which appear to make up two side sets of three each with a bordered single tile. There are ten narrow border pieces which at 6" match the dimensions of the tiles. Additionally there are three Wedgwood circular ceramic tiles within cast iron surrounds and one loose roundel. Also included are four cream tiles with naturalistic scenes of a fruit basket on a bough, these are stamped 'Mintons China Works, Stoke on Trent' The lot is completed by eight more moden light green Pilkington tiles.
