World War I MELROSE interest. A Death Plaque inscribed to GEORGE CURRIE and a large memorial Roll of Honour scroll detailing the men of Melrose who served in the Great War. The scroll is 90 x 55 cm approx and does have age related wear as expected. The scroll is named to George and shows him killed in action at Guillemont 1916. A wonderful poignant item.
