A stunning large 750 stamped ring with lozenge shaped blue enamel mount with three small diamonds and a small red stone. Set with six small opals at extremities. Size N, gross weight 8.45g approx. Stamped LJM With Omega mark and 1975 London date stamp. Note one opal damaged.
