SIMPLY STUNNING. The Ships of Columbus in Sterling Silver. Accurate highly detailed sculptures of The Santa Maria, Nina and Pinta from an Italian design studio ca. 1991. Limited edition of 4750. Each individually boxed and with paperwork for the set. The Santa Maria is loose on plinth 16cm across and weighs 280g approx (the set estimated at ca. 650g). The Nina and Pinta are fixed to base. the pieces are slightly dusty from display but would clean easily and are otherwise in good condition. A very unusual scarce set.
