Kriegsmarine Binoculars E. Leitz Wetzlar WW2 c1940
Marine binoculars from c1940 made by Ernst Leitz with swastika and M to lid.
This type of binocular was used aboard the German Kriegsmarine. Both eyepieces are separate to focus 7×50. Good definition markings and clearly engraved is the German imperial eagle clutching an orb of the world with swastika and M below, maker marked 7x50. Binoculars come with a non-original brown leather case, the original case would have been black leather - dimensions 22cm height x 16cm width(at widest point)
