A pair of original British Army VICTORIAN sword handle brass and shagreen candlesticks by BENHAM & FROUD. Each carries the VR cipher, one stamped RD278788, standing on spur feet. One loose on base and both in uncleaned original condition. Height 30cm approx. Wonderful objects.

A superb original ship's wheel, 60cm diameter by JOHN HASTIE & CO of GREENOCK. This wheel was salvaged from HMS Rothesay, a Royal Navy anti-submarine frigate. Scrapped in 1988.

A WWII medal group of DUNKIRK interest awarded to A.M.H. Cooper of the R.A.S.C. Served in North Africa and Italy with later awards. Includes a collection of dog tags, lucky charms, uniform buttons etc. Has been later mounted for wear with QEII Army Reserve medal and a Dunkirk medal. Ashley Cooper was born in 1915 in Norwich and died in Bridge of Weir, 1972. Comes with original medal posting box.

The Bradford Exchange. THE DAMBUSTERS - A TRIBUTE. Set of limited edition (9,500) plates comprising ten x 19cm scenes of the Lancasters in action and the 27cm plate showing Guy Gibson, Barnes Wallis and the breached dam. All eleven pieces in excellent condition. Vendor's father worked on the development of the bomb during the war and these were bought for him. A very emotive set.
